I do confess…I find myself holding my breath - A LOT!
I became aware of how much I hold my breath when I started incorporating meditation into my life. Sometimes that first guided breath feels like the first one I have taken all day. I try to remind myself to breathe deeply when I get out of my vehicle to go into work, or home, or the store…. That breath of fresh air clears my head and helps me to prepare for whatever is next on my list.
Original artwork by contemporary artist, Misty Maynard, is created using alcohol ink on clay board and sealed with a UV protectant sealer. Comes ready-to-hang in a black frame.
